Terms & Conditions

a) The Coaching Staff are fully insured, licenced, DBS checked & First Aid qualified

b) The Head Coach reserves the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour

c) You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing/calling us at: theojhyman@hotmail.com

d) Photos or videos may be taken of your child for promotion purposes. Please inform the Head Coach by email if you do not wish your child to be in any photos or videos.

e) Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for spaces will be given priority.

f) Classes will only be cancelled in the event of heavy rain or adverse weather conditions. If you do not receive an email or text, or cannot get hold of the Head Coach, it's because they are on the tennis court and the class is going ahead.

g) We don't issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances

h) If there are any sessions cancelled due to bad weather, the Head Coach will offer a make-up session at the end of term, or an alternative day for you to catch up on (subject to availability).

i) Please provide 30 days notice to cancel a subscription. Therefore, if you don't want to attend the Spring Term (January - March), please inform us by 1st December and your subscription will be "paused" and payments will resume on 1st April. Please note that pausing a subscription no longer guarantees you against any price increases in the subsequent term.

j) Monthly subscription payment plans are set at a fixed price for 12 months (and protected against any possible increase in fees in the subsequent two terms). The price is calculated by multiplying the individual lesson fee (e.g. £15) by the number of sessions for that year, i.e. 35 weeks (35 x £15 = £525) and then divided by 12 (£525 / 12 = £43.75), to give you an even monthly payment spread out over the year. The booking site's transaction fees are then added on (e.g. total = £45.99 per month).

k) Termly payments are available on request, but subject to a £6 additional fee, and not protected against any increases in subsequent terms.

l) Farm Walk Tennis Club has limited car parking spaces, and is for Club Members only. Please park on Hampstead Way or Temple Fortune Lane (residents restrictions apply 1-2pm weekdays only). Please do not park on the Farm Walk private road.

m) Parents must be on the premises five minutes before the start and end of each lesson. A child is not supervised or insured on the premises outside of their class times.

n) Please inform the Head Coach if a child has permission to leave the premises to walk home alone. A child is not allowed off the premises during lesson or camp times.

o) Phones, messaging, social media & online games are not allowed during lesson or camp times, except for emergency phone call use. We promote social reality, where people can play tennis, smile, exercise, have fun and make friends.
